Notarization Fees
$5 per notarized signature on Acknowledgements and Jurats
$5 per signature for ‘Signature Witnessing’
Certified Copy: $1 per page, with a minimum total charge of $3
Notaries can also charge a travel fee if the notary and the person requesting the notarial act agree in advance. Notaries can waive or reduce fees for humanitarian or charitable reasons.
Credit cards accepted.
What’s Required By You
You must supply the document(s) being notarized, and all except the signature lines (and the notary section) must be completed (no blank lines) before the notary’s arrival.
You must provide identification. The Secretary of State’s Office recommends using a government-issued identification card that includes the signer’s picture and signature, such as a drivers’ license or passport. The notary may ask for multiple forms of ID; until the signer’s identity is satisfactorily proved.
If no ID is available, ask me about using “Credible Witness(es)”.
